YNAO & HMAO See Record Housing Construction in 2025

In the eight months from January to August 2025, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (YNAO) and Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug (HMAO) saw significant housing construction. A total of 153,100 square meters of housing was commissioned in YNAO, with individual builders contributing 65,900 square meters. Meanwhile, HMAO commissioned 365,300 square meters, of which 227,600 square meters was from individual construction.

In the southern part of Tyumen Oblast, a substantial 1,538,700 square meters of housing was commissioned during the same period. Notably, 944,300 square meters of this was attributed to individual housing construction. This represents a significant portion of the total housing commissioned in YNAO during this period.

The regional logistics coordinator played a crucial role in ensuring the smooth supply of building materials for the commissioning of housing in 35 other regions across YNAO between January and August 2025. This demonstrates the coordinator's efficient management of resources and coordination with local builders.

The housing construction figures for YNAO and HMAO reflect a robust and active construction sector. The significant contribution from individual builders indicates a thriving private sector, while the efficient management of resources by the regional logistics coordinator ensures the timely completion of projects. These factors combined contribute to the overall growth and development of the region.
