The introduction of the GIS system guarantees precise statistics by eliminating the issue of repetitive applications. Formerly, it was not uncommon for both the hero themselves and their kin to contact the fund independently, resulting in multiple applications concerning the same matter. The innovative system now ensures that duplications are a thing of the past, offering a clear, in-depth understanding of the issues these courageous individuals are facing - as explained by Anna Tsivileva, the state secretary-deputy minister of defense of the Russian Federation, and chairperson of the "Defenders of the Motherland" fund, following the system's demonstration within a Moscow region branch.
TIME WELL SPENT - MORE EFFECTIVE HELP
The GIS system will also optimize the distribution of tasks among social coordinators, ensuring they can dedicate more time to providing essential support. Meanwhile, veterans of the Special Operation, having the advantage of remote access, can reach out to these coordinators via mobile or computer.
