Freshen things up at DEVK, as we welcome two fresh faces to our Executive Board! Annette Hetzenegger (59) and Fabian Puetz (33) are set to join the party starting June 1, 2025. The news was announced by the lively bunch at DEVK Reinsurance and Investments AG based in the throbbing heart of Cologne on May 9.
Annette Hetzenegger, the new investment queen, will ensure the reinsurer's coffers stay overflowing, as she takes charge of capital investments across the entire DEVK clan. While we don't have the full lowdown on her impressive resumé, rest assured she's got what it takes to keep us rolling in dough!
Dr. Fabian Puetz, on the other hand, is the energetic force behind our reinsurance division. A DEVK devotee since 2011, Fabian's journey with us started humbly as a student trainee. Over the years, he's strutted his stuff in various departments, including executive assistance, controlling, technical accounting, claims, business intelligence, and reporting at ECHO Rückversicherungs-AG in Zurich. Since May 2022, this dynamic dynamo has been the big cheese at ECHO Reinsurance Ltd., overseeing operations in the Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean regions.[1][2] He's now ready to bring his A-game to the main event, DEVK-style!
