Truck Corporation Promotes Previous Ogilvy Creative Chief Officer Marcos Kotlhar to Partner and Chief Creative Officer Role
New York, NY - Le Truc, a creative powerhouse founded last year, has announced significant changes to its leadership team. The collaborative space in New York, which brings together over 600 creatives, producers, and creative strategists from Publicis agencies, has welcomed new members to its creative leadership team.
Marcos Kotlhar has joined Le Truc as Partner and Chief Creative Officer, bringing his wealth of experience to the table. Kotlhar joins the already established creative leadership team, which includes Andy Bird, a Founding Partner of Le Truc, who is known for his hands-on approach to creative direction. Bird was the focus of a 2025 Cannes Content Programme session on "Creative Direction in the Age of AI".
Carla Serrano, Publicis Groupe's Chief Strategy Officer, also serves as a member of the Le Truc creative leadership team and holds the position of President. Elaine Barker leads resource management and operations at Le Truc, and is a member of the creative leadership team.
In addition to Kotlhar, Megan Bundy has become the Managing Director of Le Truc, and Ryan Chong has taken on the lead of production role. Bastien Baumann, a member of the creative leadership team, holds the position of Chief Design Officer.
The Le Truc creative team also includes Erica Roberts, who serves as Chief Creative Officer, Yohan Daver, Group Creative Director, Sho Matsuzaki, Group Creative Director, Jack Graham, Associate Creative Director, and Greg Bruce, Associate Creative Director.
