The partnership between The Adecco Group and FESCO in the joint venture, LHH FESCO, has officially been set up.
In a significant move, LHH FESCO has been officially established in Beijing. The joint venture is the result of a partnership between our group and Beijing Foreign Enterprise Human Resources Service (FESCO).
The new company, LHH FESCO, aims to provide high-quality career transition and talent development services to Chinese clients. The service scope includes background checks, talent assessments and analytics, leadership development, coaching, upskilling and reskilling, legal consulting, and career transition. LHH FESCO also seeks to help local high-level talents improve their professional skills and leadership with an international perspective.
The establishment of LHH FESCO marks a new phase in the successful partnership between FESCO and our group, which has been closely collaborating since 2010. This partnership has led to the creation and development of FESCO our, one of the most successful Chinese-foreign joint ventures.
