Teploenergoservice Introduces Debt Relief Measures for Consumers
JSC 'Teploenergoservice' has introduced measures to assist consumers struggling with debt, while also reminding everyone of their payment obligations. The company offers debt restructuring, with a significant portion of the debt to be paid upfront and the remainder spread over a year. Timely payments are crucial for the smooth operation of water supply and heating systems.
Consumers in debt can now restructure their payments with 'Teploenergoservice'. They must pay at least 30% of their debt immediately, with the remaining amount to be paid in installments over 12 months. Failure to keep up with payments may result in debt collection through the court and reporting to the National Bureau of Credit Histories.
The company has implemented digital payment systems to make the process more convenient. It also provides transparent reporting and has established stricter monitoring mechanisms to ensure compliance with housing and utility payment rules. Payment for services is due by the 10th of the following month. Water supply meter readings should be submitted between the 20th and 25th of each month.
JSC 'Teploenergoservice' is committed to helping consumers manage their debts and ensuring the stable functioning of essential services. By offering debt restructuring and implementing digital payment systems, the company aims to make the payment process more convenient and transparent.
