The current issue is a tap of the 1.75% bond issued by Sirius Real Estate in November 2021. The bond matures in 2028 and is governed by German law, with trading on the Euro MTF Market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The total outstanding aggregate principal amount now stands at €464.9 million.
