Sberbank, Russia's largest bank, has introduced a new service called "Fines and Charges" for its corporate clients. This service is designed to help clients manage their fines and charges from government agencies more efficiently.

The service is available on the web version of SberBusiness, Sberbank's online platform for corporate clients, on the main page in the "My Affairs" widget and in the "Payment Requests" section, under the "Incoming" tab.

Anna Loevskaya, the Director of the "Digital Corporate Bank" division of Sberbank, explains that the service consolidates all fines and charges from various government authorities into a single, convenient platform. This centralized management allows businesses to track and manage their fines and charges efficiently.

One of the key features of the service is automatic notifications. Corporate clients receive real-time alerts about new fines or unpaid charges, helping them stay compliant and avoid missed deadlines or escalating penalties.

The service also enables direct payment of fines through the SberBusiness platform, offering multiple payment options and seamless integration with corporate accounts to facilitate quick settlements.

Detailed reports and analytics on fines and charges history are also available, helping companies identify patterns, monitor compliance trends, and make informed decisions to reduce future risks.

The system helps ensure companies meet regulatory requirements by providing updated information on relevant fines and charges and guiding clients through payment processes. User access control features allow corporate accounts to assign roles and permissions to different employees, ensuring that only authorized personnel handle sensitive financial and compliance transactions.

Previously, clients had to request and load information from registers; now, all charges are collected in the background and displayed upon logging into the internet bank. This automatic retrieval feature eliminates the need for manual checks and reduces administrative workload.

The 'Fines and Charges' service is believed to be in high demand among most of Sber's corporate clients. The SberBusiness monthly active user base exceeds 2.2 million clients, and the service will soon be available to all users of the SberBusiness web version, and later in the mobile app.

The SberBusiness built-in marketplace offers clients 32 different non-banking business services, including the 'Fines and Charges' service. These services help increase efficiency, manage companies and customer relationships, solve HR issues, and develop business.

Timely and accurate payment to government agencies is crucial for Sber's corporate clients, as the cost of errors can be high, and late execution can have significant consequences. The 'Fines and Charges' service is designed to assist clients in managing their charges and fines more efficiently, thereby improving cash flow management and corporate compliance status.

The "Fines and Charges" service on SberBusiness, Sberbank's platform for corporate clients, centralizes the management of fines and charges from government authorities, providing a convenient platform for efficient tracking and management. Corporate clients can pay their fines directly through the platform, receive automatic notifications for new fines or unpaid charges, and access detailed reports and analytics for better decision-making and reduced risks.
