Revised Bus Routes and Schedules Unveiled by OmniRide with Enhanced Frequencies

In an effort to enhance travel frequencies and efficiency, OmniRide has announced significant changes to their Express, Metro Express, and Local services effective August 10, 2025. These changes include route revisions, new stops, discontinued stops, and updated schedules.

OmniRide Express service:

Several express routes have been affected, including the Warrenton-Gainesville-Pentagon-L’Enfant Plaza-Navy Yard (612), Haymarket-Rosslyn/Ballston (622), Falmouth-Pentagon/Rosslyn/Ballston (932), Stafford-Washington (943), Montclair-Pentagon (952), Montclair-Washington (953), and Dale City-Pentagon/Rosslyn/Ballston/Crystal City (972). Some routes have additional trips added, and updated maps and timetables are available.

OmniRide Metro Express:

The Manassas Metro Express (60), Prince William Metro Express (95), and East-West Express (96) services have undergone changes, including the renaming of several Metro Express timepoints to improve clarity and updated schedules.

OmniRide Local service:

The Woodbridge route (93) has been rerouted around Chinn Center and Potomac Mills Mall, with a new stop added at Prince William Parkway & Church Hill. The Prince William Senior Center bus stop has been discontinued.

The Lake Ridge Connector (94) has a new bus stop at Tackett’s Mill Commuter Lot, updated timetables, and renamed stops to streamline service. Other local routes with updates include Dumfries (51), Route 1 (52), Dumfries Connector (53), Dale City (91), Lake Ridge (92), Manassas North (65), and Manassas South/Manassas Park (67).

Notably, the Manassas North (65) service has new routing around Manassas NOVA campus. The Falmouth-Pentagon/Rosslyn/Ballston (932) service has two new bus stops at Wilson Blvd & N. Oak Street (AM stop) and Clarendon & N. Ode (PM stop). The Stafford-Washington (943) service has one new PM trip, and the AM H & 13th bus stop was discontinued. The Lake Ridge (92) service has a new bus stop at Tackett's Mill Commuter Lot, new timetables, new timepoint names, and timepoints renumbered - Touchstone @ Sidney becomes timepoint #5.

The Montclair-Pentagon (952) service has new timetables, and the Dale City-Pentagon/Rosslyn/Ballston/Crystal City (972) service has two new bus stops at Wilson & N. Oak (AM) and Clarendon & N. Ode (PM). The Manassas Dr & Market St bus stop has been discontinued for the Manassas South/Manassas Park (67) service.

Additionally, Dumfries (51) service has new timetables and new timepoint names. Route 1 (52) service has new timetables and new timepoint names.
