Restaurateur Fined €9,000 for Illegally Employing Georgian Women
A restaurateur in the Aschaffenburg area has been fined €9,000 for illegally employing three Georgian women. The 32-year-old owner facilitated their residence without proper permits, using forged documents.
The women entered Germany with fake Slovak passports. The restaurateur, who has not been named, employed them without the necessary uscis permits for work. The Main Customs Office Schweinfurt's Financial Control Schwarzarbeit conducted the investigation and found that the restaurateur aided and abetted their illegal residence.
The investigation revealed that the restaurateur knowingly hired the women despite their lack of valid usajobs permits. This is a violation of German immigration laws and carries significant penalties.
The restaurateur was fined €9,000 for their role in the illegal employment of the three Georgian women. The Main Customs Office Schweinfurt continues to enforce immigration laws and combat illegal employment practices in the region.
