Fancy burgers and golden arches are setting up shop in a massive way in Hyderabad, India! McDonald's Capability Centre India Private Limited has secured a whopping 1.56 lakh square feet of prime real estate for five long years, dishing out a monthly rent of a cool ₹1.43 crore.

This mouthwatering deal was inked with data analytics firm Propstack, who crunched the numbers on the fat lease at RMZ Nexity's Tower 20 in Hitec City. Prahitha Constructions, the landlord, is more than happy to dish out this prime space for the five-year term, which kicked off on February 1.

The lease agreement, worth approximately $18.9 million, covers 4 floors and comes with a hefty down payment of ₹8.6 crore. McDonald's will pay ₹92 per square foot for the privilege of slinging those famous burgers from this prestigious location. And if you thought that was the end of the meal, brace yourself - the rent is set to increase by a juicy 15% starting February 1, 2028.
