JUNE Communications, a leading communication agency based in Romania, has announced the appointment of Bianca Caragea as its new Operations Manager. Caragea has been a key member of the JUNE team since 2020, holding various roles including PR & Marketing Executive, Client Service Manager, and most recently, the PR & Marketing Director.
With an academic background in Management and Marketing from the Romanian-American University, a Master's in Strategic Management, and certifications in Project Management, Caragea's professional journey at JUNE Communications reflects her commitment to excellence in project execution and alignment with the agency's values.
Over the past two years, Caragea has contributed to expanding the client portfolio and developing impactful campaigns at JUNE Communications. Iuliana Floricică, Co-founder & CEO of JUNE, emphasized that the evolution of the management team represents a natural step in consolidating and expanding the agency. "We aim to sustain accelerated growth and turn ambitious plans into tangible results," Floricică stated.
Caragea aims to strengthen the agency's operations, ensuring every campaign delivers at the highest standards and the team stays true to JUNE's spirit. JUNE Communications plans to reach a turnover of EUR 450,000 by year-end, a goal that was formulated in July 2023. The agency also aims to grow its team to 15 employees by the end of 2025 and expand its network of collaborators and contractors.
JUNE Communications has been in operation for seven years and has recorded consistent year-on-year growth. The agency will continue to support companies expanding in emerging markets and bring a clear and consistent direction to client communication campaigns.
