The group has announced that Daniela Seabrook will succeed Landen as the new CHRO, effective January 1, 2024. Seabrook brings extensive HR experience from multiple industries, including pharma, telecom, life sciences, and consulting. She most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Philips.
Seabrook's expertise includes talent management, culture, change management, and organisational effectiveness. At Syngenta, she held the position of Group Head People and Organisational Development, where she demonstrated her international HR leadership skills. She also holds credentials from Mumbai University and the Wharton School’s Chief Human Resource Program.
In her new role, Seabrook will lead HR initiatives across the group's global manufacturing and distribution network, spanning 15 international facilities and over 100 countries. The group is confident that her experience and expertise will help drive the HR strategy forward and continue the positive momentum established by Landen.
