🎓 A Shining Example of Modern Education in Bacău:
May 2024 saw the kickoff of a mammoth task: a six-building campus for the new educational center in Bacău. With irregular shapes, varying elevation floors, and structures like a 18-meter span, 8-meter high sports hall and 8-meter high columns – all built in a single stage – this baby was a complex construction dance!
But RCBB Gruppe, they don't back down from a challenge. The second completed project was the Balneo Complex in Sărata, a power move in regional health and tourism. RCBB Gruppe provided solid monolithic concrete works, site action starting as early as March 2024. The complex spans three buildings, each offering its unique piece to the puzzle of wellness and style.
First up was the treatment center, opened last summer, featuring a basement, ground floor, and two upper floors. The place is a haven of relaxation, complete with an indoor saltwater pool, a jacuzzi, and a bistro with a terrace. The hotel followed closely, with a distinctive architectural flair, characterized by curved balconies, semicircular arcs, and unique facade sections. This architectural eye-catcher was finished in January 2025.
The cherry on top? The premium relaxation building, equipped with a cinema and rooftop pool, set over a ground floor plus three upper floors. With generous floor heights reaching up to 4.1 meters on the top two levels, the place echoes with space and class!
Alexandru Andrei, site manager for both projects, shared RCBB’s group's pride: "Forming part of these two projects' successful completion is a testament to hard work, perseverance, coordination, and a boatload of responsibility.
