With a whopping two decades of experience under her belt at Randstad Poland, Dagmara has been the driving force behind the company's success. Her career took off in 2001 when she started in a front-office role and has since moved up the ranks, holding increasingly responsible positions since 2005. Her expertise spans business development, key account management, profit and loss management, and aligning regional strategies with global priorities. Most recently, she nailed her role as regional director, which she credits for consolidating the business.
Dagmara, a Warsaw-based mom of two grown kids, holds a degree in Dutch Philology and has honed her skills through executive programs at INSEAD France and the London Business School.
Her mission? To steer Randstad Romania through its next growth phase. "I'm stoked to lead Randstad Romania during a time of monumental change in the work world," said Dagmara Chudzińska-Matysiak.
