City officials have warned that buses won't be stopping at the "Ul. Kransdariskaya (pr. Metallurgov)" stop from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM.

For those attending the event, it's suggested to make use of free shuttles:

Four large buses will be in service, moving between parking lots near TTC "Okei" on the right bank and TTC "Aviator" on the left.

Passengers will be able to board and disembark at the "Octyabrskaya" stop.

Shuttles will operate every 5 minutes from 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM and from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM.

Road and parking for vehicles near the mosque and surrounding areas will be restricted.

The following routes will be blocked entirely:

  • Along 3 Avgusta Street from 2-ya Kransdariskaya Street to the intersection with the road in the No 26/4 house on 3 Avgusta Street from 1:00 PM on March 29th to 12:00 PM on March 30th;
  • On roads leading from pr. Metallurgov to houses No 65 and 69 on pr. Metallurgov from 4:00 AM to 11:30 AM on March 30th.

Signs reading "Motion Prohibited" will be in effect from 1:00 PM on March 29th to 12:00 PM on March 30th on the following routes:

  • 2-ya Kransdariskaya Street;
  • The road leading from pr. Metallurgov to houses No 51, 53, 55, and 57 on pr. Partizana Zheleznyaka;
  • The road leading from pr. Metallurgov to the multi-dwelling house No 26 on 3 Avgusta Street.

Parking and stopping will be prohibited from 1:00 PM on March 29th to 12:00 PM on March 30th on the following routes:

  • Ul. Kransdariskaya from building No 6g to the intersection with pr. Metallurgov;
  • Ul. Partizana Zheleznyaka from building No 49 to pr. Metallurgov;
  • pr. Metallurgov from Ul. Kransdariskaya to building No 53g on pr. Metallurgov;
  • The pr. Metallurgov bypass from building No 32 to building No 38;
  • Ul. 3 Avgusta from Ul. 2-ya Kransdariskaya to the intersection with the road in the No 26/4 house on 3 Avgusta Street;
  • The road leading from pr. Metallurgov to building No 26/5 on 3 Avgusta Street.

Drivers are advised to remove their vehicles from these areas ahead of time, as evacuators will be on site.
