The team understood the objectives: trim fat, boost productivity, expand capabilities, meet customer expectations, and let their vast experience shine. Equipped with our explicit support, they were ready to attack the situation head-on, taking a holistic approach for game-changing results.
The facility had over 200,000 sq. ft., and there were hundreds of employees handling millions of items. Not exactly a small-time job. But our heroes were up for it, deciding to reorganize the ENTIRE facility in a single project - no small feat, we agree. And to add a twist, they chose to undertake it during the busiest time of the year! Talk about balls of steel.
The relayout and optimization they planned required coordination, synchronization, scheduling, communication, and alignment like never before. And they pulled it off, completing the massive makeover in an impressive 8 weeks. They didn't miss a single customer delivery, introduced no quality issues, and met - if not surpassed - all their objectives.
