Old Town's Board of Architectural Review to Review New Townhouse Project
A proposal to construct three four-story townhouses on a vacant lot in Old Town is set for review by the Board of Architectural Review later this month. The board will examine the plans on Thursday, October 16. The development, designed by Jonathan Kuhn Architect, is slated for 806 N. Columbus Street, near Madison and Patrick Streets.
The project, helmed by award-winning architect Jonathan Kuhn, comprises four-story townhouses. Two of the proposed units would measure 16 feet in width, while one would be 18.25 feet wide. Each home would feature three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two half-baths, a recreation room on the fourth floor, a rear deck, and a rooftop deck. Kuhn, known for his work on residences, offices, and multi-site residential spaces, has designed the development at 806 N. Columbus Street.
The proposed townhouses, designed by Jonathan Kuhn Architect, are due for review by the Board of Architectural Review on October 16. If approved, the development at 806 N. Columbus Street will bring three new three-bedroom homes to Old Town, each with ample living space and outdoor areas.
