New venture unveiled by Atlas Develope in the heart of Ekaterinburg's modern district
In the heart of Moscow, a new residential complex is being developed at the intersection of Savvy Belikh, Onezhskaya, and Shaturskaya streets, near Belinsky Street. Known as "Atlas Development", this flagship project of the same-named company has been recognised as one of the best in Russia.
The project is a joint effort between Atlas Development and the architectural bureau "Gordeev-Demidov". Five single-section buildings, unified in style using modern materials and technologies, will grace the site. The buildings will vary in height, from 16 to 32 floors, and will be connected by a common first floor, housing common areas and commercial spaces.
Atlas Development has been ranked among the top 5 developers in a prestigious rating. The new residential complex is expected to adhere to the "Residential Ecosystem" standard, which emphasises integrated, environmentally friendly, and sustainable living spaces. The standard consists of seven elements: conceptual architecture, "all-in-one" infrastructure, healthy lifestyle, a courtyard for all, "Smart Home", services for people, and security.
The site boasts excellent transport accessibility. Car owners can access Belinsky Street and the Bypass Road, while a bus stop is located nearby. The Botanical Metro Station and tram line are a mere five-minute walk away.
For the convenience of residents, a ground-level parking lot is planned on the second-floor level of the parking, where a comfortable, safe courtyard will also be arranged. Residents will access it through integrated staircases in the residential sections. Entrances will be barrier-free, ensuring comfortable access for people with disabilities, those with strollers, and cyclists.
