WH Partners, a Malta-based law firm with a global outlook, has announced the launch of a new office in Rome, Italy. This expansion marks a significant move to strengthen the firm's European presence.

Quirino Mancini, a prominent lawyer in sports, media, and gambling law, will lead the new office. Mancini brings over two decades of partner-level experience and has worked closely with WH Partners' team for years, making the partnership a natural fit. He has assisted online and land-based companies in Italy and internationally with legal, licensing, and compliance matters.

Andrea Marchetti, a seasoned corporate and M&A lawyer, will also be part of the new office. Marchetti specializes in complex, cross-border mergers and acquisitions and has broad expertise in industries such as technology, energy, and manufacturing.

The Rome office will offer a comprehensive suite of legal services across various sectors, including corporate/M&A, commercial litigation, gaming and gambling, technology, insurance, real estate, banking and finance, intellectual property, insolvency, restructuring, and corporate services.

Fabrizio Bonelli and Andrea Sguotti, partners at WH Partners Italy, will lead the office. Bonelli and Sguotti bring expertise in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, and international business transactions.
