New Leadership at Flug Revue: Patrick Hoeveler Takes Helm, Zwerger as Deputy

Patrick Hoeveler and Patrick Zwerger, former co-leads of Flug Revue's online editorial team, have taken on new roles within the publication. Hoeveler will helm the magazine starting October 1, 2025, with Zwerger serving as deputy editor-in-chief. This change follows the retirement of Karl Schwarz, the previous deputy editor-in-chief.

The shift in leadership is part of a broader effort to integrate the teams of aviation titles and digital channels. Benjamin Pfalzgraf, publisher of the mobility business area at Motor Presse Stuttgart, will oversee this process. Pfalzgraf is responsible for publications like Flug Revue and is involved in strategic planning for the brand's expansion across media platforms.

The new leadership aims to create content together and channel-neutrally to strengthen the Flug Revue brand. This approach seeks to leverage the strengths of both traditional print and digital platforms to enhance the publication's reach and impact.

With Patrick Hoeveler taking the helm and Patrick Zwerger supporting as deputy editor-in-chief, Flug Revue looks to solidify its position in the aviation publishing landscape. Under the guidance of Benjamin Pfalzgraf, the new leadership team will focus on integrated, channel-neutral content creation to bolster the Flug Revue brand.
