As a NOC Engineer, you will work on an innovative Real-Time Collaboration Platform, collaborating closely with the dynamic R&D and Support teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor Wildix's infrastructure and clients' systems 24/7, reacting promptly to incidents and continuously improving the monitoring systems.

With a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in the field, which likely involves network operations, system administration, and troubleshooting, you will be well-equipped to handle the challenges that come with this role. The ideal candidate also possesses strong analytical and logical thinking skills, solid Linux and networking administration skills, proven experience in technical troubleshooting, high proficiency in English, both written and spoken, availability for night shifts and ability to work 12-hour rotations, and bonus points for experience with monitoring tools, AWS services, Ansible, Docker, understanding of GitLab and CI/CD pipelines, SQL knowledge or experience, and a basic understanding of the SIP protocol.
