Entry-level employees with up to one year of experience start at an average of 57,900 € annually. Interns earn even less, with an average gross annual salary of 31,800 €. However, as employees gain experience, their salaries increase significantly. Those with 3 to 6 years of experience see their earnings rise to 79,285 € on average.

The average gross annual salary at Microsoft Germany stands at 87,611 €. For those with 10 or more years of experience, the average salary jumps to 103,766 €. The highest-paid role, the Chief Information Officer, earns an average of 180,000 €. Meanwhile, Software Architects earn approximately €75,248, with specific Microsoft Germany figures ranging from €81,942 to €89,658 depending on factors like gender and position.

Part-time employees, when calculated on a full-time basis, earn approximately 66,063 € gross annually.
