Luxury real estate developer, Zylus Homes, introduces Lekki Avana Phase II, the highly desired bungalow in the bustling city of Lagos
In the evolving housing landscape of Nigeria, Zylus Homes' vision to deliver 2,000 homes in five years continues to stand as a bold and inspiring mission. On September 11, 2025, the company took another significant step towards this goal with the launch of Lekki Avana Phase II.
The event, held in Eleranigbe, Ibeju-Lekki, was a grand affair that attracted thousands of stakeholders, dignitaries, and investors. Lekki Avana Phase II is a testament to Zylus Homes' commitment to building not just houses, but vibrant communities.
The launch event was marked by the commissioning of a 2,425-meter road, Eleranigbe Road, as a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative by Zylus Homes. The project was led by HRM Oba Wasiu Olasunkanmi Rasak.
Lekki Avana Phase II is a continuation of Zylus Homes' commitment to quality and excellence, building on the success of Lekki Avana Phase I. The first phase sold out in just 18 days after its March 2025 launch, with over 84 bungalows already at the carcass level and more than 50 units allocated.
Government representatives, including Mrs. Adegoke Ojo from the Ministry of Housing and Mrs. Barakat Odunnuga Bakare, Special Adviser to the Governor on Housing, emphasised the importance of public-private partnerships in addressing Nigeria's housing deficit. They expressed their support for Zylus Homes' efforts in this regard.
Hon. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa, Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki LGA, praised Zylus Homes for its contribution to infrastructure and economic growth in the region. Notable guests, including HRM Oba Olufolarin Ogunsanwo, Otunba Stephen Ajose, REDAN Lagos Chapter led by Dr. Tony Aspire Kolawole, and football legend Kanu Nwankwo, attended the event, underscoring the significance of the project.
The unveiling of Lekki Avana Phase II was conducted by Dr. Niyi Adesanya and TPL Olakunle John Aboyeji, General Manager of NTDA. The Group CEO of Zylus Homes, Jaydeep Bajaj, reaffirmed the company's reputation for timely delivery, trust, and community-focused development.
With Lekki Avana Phase II, Zylus Homes aims to offer expanded opportunities for investors and homebuyers, setting new standards in Ibeju-Lekki and beyond. The project is part of Zylus Homes' #ZylusProject2000HomesIn5Years initiative, a bold commitment to contributing to Nigeria's housing sector.
