Lawbreakers in Yakutsk found lacking waste disposal contracts
In the heart of Yakutsk, the city's Police Department No2, in collaboration with LLC "YakutskEcoNet", carried out a raid to identify entrepreneurs who have yet to sign contracts for waste removal. The focus of the operation was on two non-stationary trading objects: "Yagodka", located on ul. Chernyshevskogo, 14/2, and "Doner 24" at Pyarkova, 20/1.
During the raid, violations were discovered at both "Yagodka" and "Doner 24". Warnings were issued, and protocols were drawn up under Art. 8.2 of the RF CoA. Precepts will be issued, and administrative fines will be imposed if facts of the absence of a contract are detected.
For legal entities that fail to comply with the waste removal contract requirements, the fine, as stated in Art. 8.2 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offenses, can reach up to 400,000 rubles.
