Law firm Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas promotes 7 individuals to Equity Partnerships
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, one of India's leading law firms, has announced the induction of seven Partners into Equity Partnership. The new Equity Partners will strengthen the firm's leadership and expand its capabilities across key practice areas in its Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, and Bengaluru offices.
The newly appointed Equity Partners and their respective practice areas are as follows:
- Aditi Manchanda (General Corporate) – Mumbai
- Aditya Mehta (Disputes) – Mumbai
- Amarta Roy (Private Equity, General Corporate) – Delhi-NCR
- Ashish Jain (Real Estate) – Delhi-NCR
- Bharath Reddy (Corporate Governance, General Corporate) – Bengaluru
- Kapil Arora (Disputes) – Delhi-NCR
- S. Harish (Private Equity, General Corporate) – Bengaluru
The seven Partners were elevated as part of the firm's strategic focus on leadership and expanding capabilities. With this induction, there are now a total of seven Equity Partners at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.
Prior to this, the number of Partners at the firm was unspecified. The induction ceremony took place at the law firm's offices. The announcement was made by Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas itself.
The seven Partners who were made Equity Partners all work at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. Among them, Aditya Mehta specialises in disputes, Aditi Manchanda focuses on general corporate matters, Amarta Roy handles private equity and general corporate matters, Ashish Jain is a real estate expert, Bharath Reddy specialises in corporate governance and general corporate matters, and Kapil Arora also specialises in disputes. S. Harish, based in Bengaluru, works in both private equity and general corporate practice areas.
This move is expected to further bolster the firm's position as a leading law firm in India, providing high-quality legal services to its clients.
