LAUDA Announces Expanded Executive Roles to Enhance Global Sales and Service
In a strategic move to reinforce its market leadership, LAUDA DR. R. WOBSER GMBH & CO. KG has announced the expansion of the areas of responsibility for two executives, effective July 1, 2025.
Felix Heinrich-Bignasse, who has been a member of the LAUDA team since April 2019, rising through the ranks to become Director Key Account Management and a member of the executive board, will now assume the role of Director Global Sales. In this new position, Heinrich-Bignasse will be responsible for all worldwide sales activities of the temperature control devices and systems supplier.
Enrico Bossart, who joined LAUDA in the same year and has been serving as Director of Product Management, will expand his responsibilities to become the Director of Product Management & Service. In this role, Bossart will oversee both product management and the central service division.
This reorganization aims to strengthen global customer-focused activities, consolidate LAUDA’s market position, and open new growth opportunities. By centralizing leadership under Heinrich-Bignasse's direction, the company expects to improve coordination and strategic sales efforts worldwide, potentially leading to a positive impact on LAUDA’s global sales.
Simultaneously, Bossart’s combined oversight of product management and service suggests improved integration of product development with after-sales support, which could enhance customer satisfaction and service quality on a global scale. Bossart's achievements at LAUDA include the implementation of the 5-year best-warranty and the successful launch of the new LAUDA Universa product line.
With the assumption of responsibility for service, Bossart will develop innovative service solutions to further increase customer satisfaction. This restructuring at LAUDA also aims to increase sales in the service area through new initiatives. Enrico Bossart’s new responsibilities include service and product marketing, with a focus on achieving closer integration between innovative services and service products and customer support.

Heinrich-Bignasse holds a degree in industrial engineering and a master's degree in International Business and Export Management. Before joining LAUDA, he worked in sales and marketing positions in the automotive industry. Enrico Bossart studied International Technical Management at the Mosbach Cooperative State University. Before joining LAUDA, he worked in product management at a leading German manufacturer of industrial measurement technology.
On March 1, 2022, Bossart was appointed Division Manager and joined the management team. Dr. Gunther Wobser, the President & CEO responsible for customer activities, temporarily headed both departments and praised the achievements of both executives.
This strategic leadership realignment positions LAUDA to optimally position itself for future challenges in the market, reinforcing its market leadership internationally through optimized sales strategies and enhanced service operations starting in 2025.
