L&T Wins Major IT Park & Mixed-Use Projects in Bengaluru & Mumbai
Larsen & Toubro Ltd (L&T) has secured a significant order for a large IT park near me in Bengaluru. The project, spanning 5.9 million sq ft, is set to be one of the largest IT buildings in the city. Meanwhile, L&T's Buildings and Factories vertical has also won a major order for a mixed-use project in Mumbai.
The IT park project, awarded by Infosys, includes a range of features such as civil structures, unitised façade glazing, and electromechanical services. L&T aims to use USGBC Platinum LEED certification for this project, demonstrating its commitment to sustainability. The Mumbai mixed-use project, on the other hand, is scheduled for completion in 45 months.
L&T's Buildings and Factories vertical has been performing well, securing major orders across India. Despite recent highs, shares of Larsen & Toubro Ltd are trading flat, with a 0.33% increase to Rs 3,682.50 on NSE at 1:38 PM.
L&T's latest wins include a major IT park project near me in Bengaluru and a mixed-use project in Mumbai. The company continues to expand its portfolio and maintain its position in the construction sector, despite minor fluctuations in share prices.
