Credit Connect Capital Launches A$300 Million Debenture Issuance Program

Credit Connect Capital Limited, a leading Australian mortgage management company and private credit platform, has announced the launch of a new A$300 million debenture issuance program. The program, managed and arranged by Credit Connect Capital Limited, aims to raise funds for short-to-medium term, first mortgage-secured loans over Australian real estate.

Each Series of the Notes offered by Credit Connect Capital is linked to a specific Credit Connect Fund, providing transparency and allowing due diligence to be undertaken on each loan. The Term of the Notes is typically 12 months per Series, although it may be rolled or extended.

Loan sizes offered by Credit Connect Capital range from A$1 million to A$80 million, and the company has originated over A$1 billion in loans since inception. The Notes are intended to satisfy the "public offer" test in section 128F of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936 (Cth), and a minimum subscription of A$1 million per Series is required.

The Target Rate for the Notes is 9 - 10% p.a., paid monthly in arrears. Eligible non-resident investors can receive interest payments free from Australian interest withholding tax with the Notes. Investors will be required to provide customary representations confirming their eligibility.

Credit Connect Capital has over 50 years of combined management experience, and the company's expertise in the Australian commercial real estate (CRE) market makes it a trusted name in the industry. No specific institutions have been publicly disclosed as having expressed interest in subscribing to unsecured bonds under the program.

The Programme Amount for the Notes is up to A$300 million, issued in multiple Series. The Notes offered by CCG are intended to satisfy the "public offer" test in section 128F of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936 (Cth).

Investors are advised to carefully consider the documents and seek their own professional advice before making any investment decision. For more information, please visit the Credit Connect Capital website or contact your financial advisor.
