Industries in Kamchatka could potentially qualify for regional financial assistance
The Kamchatka Krai Ministry of Economic Development has announced a competition for financial support to small and medium-sized businesses operating in the industrial and high-tech sector. The initiative is part of the federal project "Small and Medium Entrepreneurship" within the framework of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy".
A total of 32.5 million rubles have been allocated for the program in 2025, with each participant eligible to receive a maximum grant amount of 2.5 million rubles. The competition is being managed by Inga Mandrik, the Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Kamchatka Krai.
The competition is focused on providing financial support for works, goods, and services. Subsidy funds can be used for the purchase or manufacture of equipment, the acquisition of patent and license rights for the use of inventions, useful models, and industrial designs, payment for transportation services, and the purchase of software necessary for the operation of equipment acquired with the subsidy.
The acceptance of applications and documents for the competition will take place from June 21 to July 13, 2025. Applicants are required to provide co-financing of 15% of the requested amount.
To be eligible, businesses must be registered in Kamchatka Krai, operate within the industrial or high-tech sector, demonstrate innovative potential or technological advancement, and provide a business plan or project proposal aligned with regional development goals.
