Hotel near Millennium shopping center in Omsk is back on the market, experiencing a 25% price decrease.
In the heart of Omsk, a long-standing construction project has resurfaced – the unfinished hotel near the "Millennium" shopping center on Frunze Street. Originally planned as a 15-story, 11,300 sq.m four-star Marriott hotel with 150 rooms, the building's progress has been halted at some point.
Construction began in 2014 as part of an agreement between LLC "OmskRefTrans" and the Moscow development company "Polis Service Development". Since then, the ownership of the project has changed several times, with no purchase recorded as of the present.
Currently, the degree of readiness of the object stands at 31%, with a constructed area of 1,100 sq.m. The future of this incomplete structure is uncertain, but potential buyers have the opportunity to transform it into an office, a bank, a multi-story hotel, or other facilities equipped with various amenities such as restaurants, spas, and fitness centres.
Bids for participation in the auction are being accepted until September 9, with the auction scheduled for September 12. The starting price for the sale is 265 million rubles, which is 25% lower than the previous attempt at 350 million rubles. A deposit of 8 million rubles is required to participate in the auction, and the auction step is set at 300 thousand rubles.
Despite numerous changes in ownership, the developer was ordered to preserve the object in 2020. Regrettably, there is no publicly available information regarding the current owners of the unfinished hotel on Frunze Street in Omsk near the "Millennium" shopping center.
