GP Joule assumes technical oversight of the Frankenförde solar farm, transitioning from the EPC service to a service contract with PARQ Energy

In a significant stride towards renewable energy, GP JOULE has been appointed as the general contractor for PARQ Energy in the development and technical operation of a 60-hectare solar park in Frankenförde, Brandenburg. The solar park, with an installed capacity of approximately 73 megawatts, is set to contribute significantly to Brandenburg's energy transition goals.

As the general contractor, GP JOULE will oversee the construction and management of this large-scale photovoltaic installation, with the aim of optimising its performance and efficiency. In terms of technical operation, GP JOULE typically offers comprehensive services including plant monitoring, maintenance, performance optimisation, and grid management. While specific operational details for the Frankenförde solar park are not yet detailed, GP JOULE's role implies responsibility for the park's ongoing operational management.

GP JOULE brings a strong track record in renewable energy to the table, particularly in photovoltaics and wind energy. They have multiple projects across Germany and Europe under their belt, providing full lifecycle services from planning and construction to operations.
