Free Expert Advice Launched to Upgrade Germany's Outdated Heating Systems

Bremen-based organisation 'denkhausbremen' has launched the 'Heizung aus - Zukunft ein!' campaign, encouraging homeowners and landlords to upgrade their heating systems. The initiative offers free, expert advice to help make homes more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.

The Energy Advice Center, funded by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Energy, provides this guidance. It's free for income-weak households and costs a maximum of 40 euros for on-site advice. Interested parties can book a free appointment via the hotline 0800 - 809 802 445 or online. Further details can be found at https://verbraucherzentrale-energieberatung.de/heizungstausch.

The advice covers a comprehensive analysis of the current heating system, followed by recommendations for the three most suitable modern heating technologies. The service also includes a comparison of existing offers, an estimation of economic and environmental impact, an overview of funding and legal requirements, and an advisory report with an individual technology matrix and consumption diagrams. The goal is to support homeowners and landlords in reducing their carbon footprint and lowering energy costs.

Currently, around 70 percent of heaters in Germany are outdated, contributing to environmental pollution and high energy bills. The Energy Advice Center Hesse is participating in the nationwide 'Heating out - Future in!' campaign to tackle this issue.

The 'Heizung aus - Zukunft ein!' campaign, led by 'denkhausbremen', aims to promote climate-friendly and energy-efficient heating systems. With free, expert advice from the Energy Advice Center, homeowners and landlords can upgrade their heating systems, benefiting both the environment and their wallets. Don't miss out on this opportunity to make a positive change.
