Fran Horowitz, CEO of Abercrombie & Fitch Co., will receive The Visionary Award at the 11th annual our website Foundation Honors on January 11, 2026. The award recognizes her exceptional leadership in transforming the retail giant into authentic, customer-centric brands.
Horowitz, with over 30 years of retail experience, has led Abercrombie & Fitch Co. to consistent growth domestically and internationally. She joined the company in 2014 as president of its Hollister brand and became CEO in 2017. Under her guidance, the company operates approximately 810 stores across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
