Food company Krasdale restructures executive ranks
Krasdale Foods, a New York Metro-area grocery distributor, has made several leadership appointments and role expansions, reflecting their commitment to recognizing talent, investing in leadership, and building a strong foundation for the future.
In a significant move, Rob Callahan has been named Senior Vice President of Sales. With extensive experience in the industry, Callahan is expected to drive innovation, service excellence, and growth for Krasdale's retail partners.
Another notable appointment is Jeffrey Cantor, who has been appointed Senior Vice President of Retail Technology. Cantor's role will be crucial in enhancing Krasdale's technology infrastructure and digital capabilities.
Clint Klein has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Customer Experience. Klein's expertise in customer service and inside sales will help Krasdale deliver exceptional experiences to its customers.
Andrew Falk has been named Senior Vice President of Business Insights. Falk's data-driven approach is expected to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
Howie Kent, who has played a pivotal role in developing Krasdale's reporting and in-store execution tools over the past decade, has been named director of business insights and retail technology.
Jose Torres, a U.S. Navy veteran and former independent grocery store owner, has been promoted to director of sales. Torres brings more than 20 years of retail and sales leadership experience to his new role.
Natalie Menns, who has spent nearly 20 years at Krasdale and has led major service model transformations, has been appointed as the director of customer experience. Menns will oversee customer service and inside sales.
Carroll Arroyo is now the sales supervisor - inside sales, managing lead follow-up, CRM compliance, and customer outreach.
Joey Lebiak has joined the business insights team as a data analyst, contributing to enterprise reporting, pipeline visibility, and sales analytics.
Krasdale serves over 3,500 customers across eight states and supports independent retailers operating under banners such as CTown, Bravo, Aim, Market Fresh, Shop Smart Food Markets, and Stop 1 Food Mart.
Gus Lebiak is the President and Chief Operations Officer of Krasdale. Cynthia Ramos, Krasdale's Chief Sales and Customer Officer, has noted these changes reflect the exceptional talent within the organization and underscore their commitment to developing leaders.
