Key Responsibilities
The role involves evaluating loan applications from commercial customers by analysing financial statements, creditworthiness, and collateral. Successful candidates will also be expected to process and prepare loan documentation in compliance with regulatory and bank-specific policies, coordinate loan approvals with credit committees or risk management teams, and monitor ongoing commercial loan portfolios and manage repayment schedules.
Other key responsibilities include communicating with clients regarding loan terms, conditions, and any required additional information, ensuring compliance with relevant banking regulations and internal guidelines, and managing material credit control and evaluation of collateral. The role also involves creating contracts and managing loan modifications, as well as maintaining proactive correspondence with customers and notaries.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates should possess a Sparkasse business economist or similar degree, have experience in market follow-up, an affinity for numbers and data, secure handling of analysis tools, and an independent, structured, and precise working method. Candidates should also demonstrate high responsibility and decision-making strength, and have secure handling of MS-Office.
