Expanded collaboration: Eight individuals join HF's partner network
HF Legal Advisors, a leading legal advisor to the commercial and insurance industries, has revealed significant expansion plans, highlighted by the appointment of eight new Partners across key specialist areas. This move aims to diversify the firm's expertise and extend its geographical reach within the UK and Ireland.
The new Partners cover specialisms such as Cyber Security, Catastrophic & Complex Injury, Employment, and Credit Hire. Among the new appointments are Claire Dinoff, an expert in catastrophic and large loss claims, particularly motor claims; Gareth Matthews, who specializes in advising businesses and senior individuals on HR issues; Mark Dunn, who focuses on claims arising from serious road traffic accidents; and Matthew Stanton, who has a focus on personal injury claims with a emphasis on occupational disease cases.
Ronan McCann, CEO & Managing Partner at HF, emphasized the importance of acquiring "best-in-class talent" to sustain the firm's growth trajectory and reinforce their reputation for innovation and client service. The integration of these specialists directly aligns with HF’s priorities in expanding into critical sectors and key locations, underscoring the firm’s ambition to strengthen its market position in commercial and insurance legal advisory services.
The expansion into Birmingham and Belfast marks HF's commitment to serving clients in these regions. HF has opened a new office in Birmingham, located in the Crossway Building near Victoria Square, and is also expanding into an additional office in Belfast City Centre. The new Belfast office will be located in the ultra-modern office space in the Lincoln building.
The new offices will accommodate HF's fast-growing team and are expected to contribute to HF's continued success in the legal advisory sector. The new offices aim to support the firm's ambitions for further growth, as HF continues to build on its ongoing organic growth and a major investment by CBPE at the end of 2024.
Notable among the new Partners is Peter Crewe, an experienced insolvency and commercial litigation specialist, and Melanie Mooney, an award-winning expert in the field of credit hire. Craig Kennedy, an experienced commercial litigator advising on financial crime, fraud, and cyber incident response, is also joining the team.
The new Birmingham office is in easy walking distance of rail hubs, making it convenient for clients and staff alike. The expansion in Belfast is part of HF's ongoing growth trajectory, reflecting the firm's commitment to expanding its presence in key regions.
