Stratos Efstathiou, an award-winning art director with a decade of experience as a Hong Kong resident, has been appointed as Head of Art at Publicis Groupe Hong Kong. Originally from Cape Town, Efstathiou brings a wealth of expertise to the table, with his work recognized at major industry platforms.

In another notable move, Halo Cheng has been promoted to Executive Creative Director. Cheng started her career as a copywriter at Leo Burnett Hong Kong in 2004 and over the years has crafted high-impact campaigns for global brands. Her contributions have been significant in shaping the agency's creative output, and she even represented Hong Kong on the Cannes Lions jury in 2024. Early in her career, Cheng won Gold at the Kam Fan Awards.
