In a move that will benefit Rivian owners, the company has adopted Tesla's NACS port on all 2026 vehicles, enabling compatibility with Tesla Superchargers and expanding access to North America's most reliable fast-charging network.
Pricing information for Rivian vehicles in Canada will be announced closer to the launch, which is expected to be in the late summer or early fall. It's also worth noting that prices for most trims have increased by $1,090 compared to the 2025 model year, and the destination and freight charge for 2026 models has risen slightly from $1,800 to $1,895.
However, Rivian has not yet revealed if it will offer a different pricing structure for the Quad-Motor variants compared to the previously announced trims, nor has it confirmed the availability of the US$5,000 Performance Upgrade for the Quad-Motor variants of the R1T and R1S.
