E3 Lithium Sells Estevan Lithium District Assets for US$4.296M to Boost Clearwater Project
E3 Lithium has agreed to sell its non-core Estevan Lithium District assets in Saskatchewan. The buyer is Enertour Energy Holdings, who purchased the assets for US$4.296 million. The sale is set to boost E3 Lithium's financial position and support the development of its Clearwater Project in Alberta.
The sale, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, is expected to finalize in late Q4 2025. E3 Lithium's President and CEO, Chris Doornbos, expressed that the proceeds will actively support the development of the Clearwater Project towards a final investment decision. The Clearwater Project, located in Alberta's Bashaw District, is now E3 Lithium's priority.
The sale of non-core assets to Enertour Energy Holdings for US$4.296 million will strengthen E3 Lithium's financial position. This move allows the company to focus on advancing its Clearwater Project in Alberta, with the transaction expected to close in late Q4 2025.
