Swerving through the municipalities of the Sverdlovsk Region in style? Sounds legit! Denis Pasler, the acting big cheese of the region, has set the wheels in motion for a massive public transport overhaul by 2030, with a juicy budget of over 300 million rubles annually for new buses. 💰🔥

"Safety and comfort for the people are paramount, and we're making it happen," announces Denis Pasler via his social profiles. Kickstarting the overhaul, 12 cities across the region have received subsidies this year to purchase 36 spankin' new buses. These beauties come fully equipped with all the comforts a commuting passenger could ask for and they pass the safety muster with flying colors. 🚀

Already, municipalities like Krasnoturinsk and Novouralsk have welcome committees waiting for their buses — seven for Krasnoturinsk and five for Novouralsk. Another 11 buses are earmarked for intermunicipal routes, including Verkhnyaya Pyshma and Yekaterinburg, as well as Irbit, Nizhny Tagil, and Krasnouralsk.

With over 1.5 billion rubles allocated over the next five years, these buses will help the region smash Russian President Vladimir Putin's goals for the "Infrastructure for Life" national project. Specifically, the plan targets a whopping 85% of the public transport fleet in agglomerations and cities being sufficiently new by 2030. 🌟

Changes to the state program for developing the Sverdlovsk Region's transport complex see 333.2 million rubles allocated to municipalities for new buses in 2028 and 2029. To keep things movin' and groovin', the region takes advantage of the infrastructure loan write-off mechanism for upgrading the public transport fleet. 📈

Jumping on the public transport progress train, Denis Pasler hinted at his commitment to enhance public transport during his first meeting with city heads and local deputies on March 28, as acting governor.

On track to modernize public transport, Denis Pasler has allocated 333.2 million rubles for new buses in 2028 and 2029, ensuring the industry remains stable and finance-friendly. In the realm of transportation, partnerships with finance contribute to the comfort and safety of the commuting public, positively impacting the lives of residents in the Sverdlovsk Region.
