Denis Pasler, in conjunction with the local administration, has revised the state plan for housing and community development, lasting until the year 2030.

In the heart of Russia's Ural Mountains, the governor of Sverdlovsk Oblast, Denis Pasler, has been making strides in various sectors, with a particular focus on housing, education, and infrastructure.

In a recent government meeting on July 16, Pasler discussed the state program for developing housing and utilities until 2030. The meeting marked the beginning of a series of initiatives aimed at improving the region's living conditions.

One of the key projects announced is the "Cadres in AIC" programme, which will provide financial support to students in agrarian universities and other higher education institutions. Under this programme, 2.1 million rubles will be allocated to compensate part of the costs under target education agreements, and an additional 4.6 million rubles will be set aside for paying for the accommodation of these students.

Moreover, 18.2 million rubles will be allocated for implementing key projects in the Agriculture, Industry, and Construction (AIC) sector. The details of these projects are yet to be revealed, but they are expected to contribute significantly to the region's development.

Pasler has also shown concern for the region's workforce, ensuring the protection of all workers' rights where layoffs are anticipated. He has ordered an analysis of the current situation in organizations planning to implement reduced working hours, and he has instructed the efficient use of labor resources on enterprises in the Middle Urals.

Infrastructure development is another area where Pasler has been actively involved. He has ordered the opening of the overpass over the railway on the 42nd kilometer of Yekaterinburg Ring Road by July 30. Additionally, the housing and utilities development program now includes new projects such as reconstructing a water pipeline, updating water supply systems, building wastewater treatment facilities, modernizing networks, repairing sewage collectors, and constructing a block-modular gas boiler house in various districts.

The region is also witnessing substantial investments in its infrastructure, with almost 180 million rubles allocated for replacing 112 elevators in buildings in Yekaterinburg, Nizhny Tagil, and Pervouralsk.

In terms of nuclear energy development, the Sverdlovsk Oblast is involved in significant projects, such as the construction of the Beloyarsk unit 5 with a BN-1200M sodium-cooled fast reactor. This project not only advances nuclear technology but also contributes to the region's development through partnerships with Rosatom and local governments.

Furthermore, there are ongoing discussions about potential joint ventures and cooperation in metro construction between Belarus and Russia's Sverdlovsk Oblast, which could imply potential for infrastructure development and collaboration in the region.

As of July 16, 202X, there are no specific updates available regarding the housing and utilities development program in Sverdlovsk Oblast. However, with Pasler's commitment to improving the region's living conditions and his track record of successful initiatives, it is expected that the region will continue to see progress in the coming months.

The "Cadres in AIC" programme, recently announced by Governor Pasler, will provide financial support for students in agrarian universities and other higher education institutions, and also allocate funds for key projects in the Agriculture, Industry, and Construction (AIC) sector.

With the allocation of 18.2 million rubles for AIC sector projects and the focus on workforce protection and infrastructure development, the business and finance sectors are crucial components in the governor's plans for the region's development.
