The new appointee will also take over from the current department head of accounting, who is retiring in 2027. The role requires a professional with significant experience in accounting, preferably in a leadership role within a financial institution. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with professional certifications like CPA (Certified Public Accountant), are advantageous.
In addition to the core responsibilities, the Head of Accounting will be expected to lead and develop the accounting team, as well as contribute to strategic planning and risk management.
