Additional Responsibilities
The role involves preparing notary contracts and organizing notary appointments, as well as marketing and advertising measures for sales properties in the assigned area. Candidates will be expected to advise sales and purchase interested parties from the initial meeting to the notary appointment for properties. Market price assessments are required as part of property acquisition.
Active participation in trade fairs and events related to real estate is expected, and the candidate will serve as a contact person for other employees regarding real estate mediation questions.
