The construction of three multi-family residential buildings is ongoing in the "S" sector. These new buildings are being built using prefabricated reinforced concrete structures from DSD, with one of the house kits already 60% complete. The completion of these three buildings is scheduled for next year.

The school in the "S" sector, capable of accommodating 990 students, is under construction and is part of this ongoing development. The school construction project includes internal and external finishing, landscaping, and installation of sports and children's equipment. The school is scheduled to be handed over in June 2026.
The road and street network development in the "S" sector continues, with the base for the road surface prepared and pedestrian sidewalk curb stones installed by LLC "Dorstroy". Asphalting of the road infrastructure in the "S" sector is scheduled to begin soon.
