Construction firm owners from Halle (Saale) face imprisonment for 3 years and 8 months due to illegal activities in the construction sector, as per HZA-MD rulings.
A 51-year-old entrepreneur from Halle (Saale) with dual Serbian and Bosnian citizenship has been convicted by the Halle Regional Court for committing a total of 33 offenses related to withholding and embezzling wages. The offenses were committed in the period from March 2017 to January 2020.
