Confidence in Kaarster Real Estate: Kaarst exhibited a strong sense of pride and responsibility in his position as a representative of the Berlin public in the real estate sector

At the heart of Europe's largest real estate and investment fair, Expo Real 2022 in Munich, Rhine-Kreis Neuss and its eight municipalities presented a series of projects focused on commercial and residential construction, energy security, and innovative financing models.

The region showcased new developments and investments aimed at enhancing the local housing supply and business infrastructure. Sustainable energy use and energy-efficient building initiatives were also highlighted, reflecting the region's commitment to a greener future.

Local representatives and stakeholders used the platform to attract investors, address housing needs, and ensure sustainable urban development under current economic conditions. Among the visitors was Ina Scharrenbach, NRW Minister for Home Affairs, Local Government, Building, and Digitalization, and State Secretary Silke Krebs from the NRW Ministry of Economics.

Kaarst, one of the municipalities, emphasised the importance of exchanges with neighbouring regions, project developers, and science institutions. The city presented its industrial areas with a self-confident appearance, while also learning about the funding landscape of the Zukunftsagentur Rheinisches Revier.

The Economic Development of the district, led by Robert Abts, arranged advance meetings with companies, project developers, IT software companies, co-working providers, and other actors. Kaarst's Economic Development had many interesting conversations with partners, companies, and investors, specifically with Ursula Baum.

Energy security and energy prices were frequently discussed during the meetings, as were the rising costs in the financing sector and construction costs. Kaarst-Ost and Kaarster Kreuz, two industrial areas in Kaarst, were introduced to many people at the event.

Expo Real attracted approximately 1850 exhibitors from 36 countries and anticipated around 20,000 visitors, both domestic and international. Many visitors took advantage of the event to learn about the projects being presented. The fair is traditionally a venue where many investments are discussed and made.

Kaarst drew a positive balance from the Expo Real, highlighting the city's attractive areas as a future location on the outskirts of Düsseldorf. The city also exchanged ideas about the use of empty spaces through co-working offers at the event.

The Expo Real is one of the most important real estate fairs in Europe, showcasing projects from various regions across the continent. For those seeking detailed and precise information about Rhine-Kreis Neuss’s participation in Expo Real 2022, consulting official Rhine-Kreis Neuss communications or Expo Real archival materials would be necessary, as none of the retrieved search results provide that detail.

The Economic Development of Kaarst, led by Robert Abts, discussed other financing models during the Expo Real 2022, focusing on reducing costs in the construction sector. Other visitors at the event showed interest in Kaarst's finance strategies, recognizing their potential to support sustainable urban development.
