Job Description:
As a Business Customer Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our business customers. Your role will involve acting as a business credit specialist, providing credit advisory, making credit decisions up to €750,000, providing sales support, supporting customer acquisition, and integrating specialists in leasing, hire purchase, factoring, and receivables management.
You will be responsible for understanding the needs of our business customers and providing tailored advice on our products and services. You will also be expected to resolve issues related to business accounts, billing, and service performance promptly and professionally. Collaboration with internal departments will be essential for resolving complex problems.
Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, you should have experience in advising business customers and/or analyzing their economic circumstances. Ideally, you will be a Sparkassen Fachwirt, Sparkassen Betriebswirt, or have completed a comparable training. You should be prepared to work in a decentralized team, have business economic knowledge, a strong sales orientation, self-organization, and initiative. Additionally, you should have a secure, binding appearance with contact joy and negotiation skills, recognize cross-selling potential, and be willing to participate in training measures.
