Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against RCI Hospitality for Alleged Tax Fraud and Bribery

A class action lawsuit has been initiated against RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: RICK), alleging false statements and concealed information regarding tax fraud and bribery. The lawsuit covers the period from December 15, 2021, to September 16, 2025.

The lawsuit, filed on behalf of investors who bought the company's securities during the specified time frame, claims that RCI Hospitality and its executives made misleading statements and hid crucial information. The complaint asserts that the defendants downplayed the legal risks facing the company, making their statements about its business, operations, and future prospects false and misleading. Investors who suffered losses during this period have until November 20, 2025, to request the court to appoint them as lead plaintiff in the case. Notably, there is no cost or obligation for eligible investors to participate in the lawsuit.

The lawsuit against RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc. alleges serious misconduct, with investors potentially affected during a two-year period. The case is ongoing, and interested parties have until late 2025 to seek involvement.
