Celebrating two decades of DONAU CLASSIC
The much-anticipated DONAU CLASSIC 2025 is set to be an unforgettable event, promising a thrilling journey through some of Europe's most stunning landscapes. Participants will traverse the picturesque surroundings of Ingolstadt, follow the Danube, venture through the Altmühltal Nature Park, and explore the Hallertau.
This year's rally is shaping up to be bigger and better, with a 70% increase in participants compared to 2024. Over 31 vehicle brands will be represented, including some automotive legends. Audi Tradition, a key player in the event, is bringing four milestones from the company's history to the starting line, each marking a significant anniversary in 2025. Among them is the Audi 200 5T, driven by two-time German rally champion Harald Demuth.

On Friday, July 18, the first rally stage will include stops at Donat IT, Lebenshilfe, Elektrotechnik Liebhard, Sipl's Kaffee und Brothaus, and Almhütte Goaßstoi. A day later, on Saturday, July 19, the second rally stage will include stops at Mitten.driN by Sipl, Autohaus Klepmeir, and Audi Forum Ingolstadt.
In addition to the Audi Sport quattro and S1 E2 rally versions, several gems from the company's history will be sent onto the track for the DONAU CLASSIC anniversary event. The rally will also see the participation of the iconic Audi Urquattro, driven by multiple rally European champions Walter Röhrl and Christian Geistdörfer.
A "Generation Cup" has been announced for the DONAU CLASSIC anniversary rally, with 23 teams already registered. The event, which has been a fixed date on the classic car rally calendar for 20 years, will cover approximately 470 kilometers and will take place in Germany and neighboring countries.
More than twenty rare Audis, as well as many other treasures with illustrious names like Jaguar E-Type, Maserati Ghibli, Ferrari 348, or DeLorean DMC-12, are also part of the starting lineup.
